Lexus IS300H service cost

Recommended Posts

Hi all,

I recently bought a 141 Lexus IS300H F sport and i am wondering does anyone know how much a service costs in Ireland through the Lexus main dealer ?? Any information would be great.

Thanks.

Hi.

I have just booked mine in for 60,000 mile service and it's £625.

Booked in for next month. Debating to do it myself. Since I serviced my last lexus for 10 years. My only concern would be the hybrid Battery cover but still its a lot of money.

I might see what it would cost to do it myself and go from there.

Like to know what you get quoted.

Thanks for the reply mate . I did read that a service at 60000 is a big enough service so hopefully they are cheaper after that 🙂

I'd phone the dealer Wayne.

Its not for awhile yet so i am just asking to gove me an idea. When i bought the car the salesman told me €250 for a small service and €350 for a big one but im thinking he just said that to sell the car but i will mention that when the time comes . Thanks

And if you do phone the dealer please ask how much a 60k service is and report back please. I'd be interested to compare

If Irish Lexus dealers charge the same as in the UK then it will be double that for servicing... Lexus fixed service charges are on the Lexus UK website https://www.lexus.co.uk/owners/servicing-and-maintenance/ - scroll down to the bottom and enter the model etc to get prices.

I just mentally ticked off all the stuff I can do (and did) when servicing my is220d for the last 10 years. **** I've saved a right packet over the years in the 220d.

I think I will be doing my is300h service. £600 buys a lot of oil and parts - not just inspections. I'm not fussed about stamping books when I don't intended to sell the car for a long time.

I have tech docs., techstream and the know how to do most of the service / renew parts.

They change the spark plugs at 60k hence the cost is higher than the other services.

Problem with the 300h is, nobody will buy one without a full dealer service history even if you come to sell it in a long time. You would also need a £59 hybrid health check at a dealer to maintain hybrid Battery warranty.

You paid what? £115 for an air con refresh? Mine price match within 5 miles so I get it done for £60.

Tried to barter mate.. However cost of aircon gas has tripled and my mate who is a HVAC specialist would charge me 80 quid.. so for the sake of 35 extra, if anything is iffy Lexus will have the responsibility.. The car is serviced for the sake of the existing warranty.

Everyone keeps saying it's tripled yet ATS still manage to do it for £35 Groupon and Lexus will price match Dealers within 5 miles so I get it done at Lexus for £60

Gold members can save around 15%, more in some cases depending on the dealer.

I can see your in dublin Wayne , We only have Belfast as UK dealers only on our list.

However, lexus do have some servicing offers normally on their website.

Lexus Reading wasn't having any discounts as they claim the service is 'fixed' cost any other things they want to rip you off on that isn't fixed cost, then they can 'consider' the Lexus discount.
