Veilside are a prestige Jap tuner, and i doubt you would ever have that sort of money to spend on the kit alone (3k+)!!

I see your possibly in the market for an IS200 yourself, no doubt it will be a sub 6/7k one right? Besty had his long before sub 10k IS's started appearing;)

A definition of rice:

'To excessively modify and augment the physical appearance of sub compact economy vehicles in an attempt to make it them fast. Examples include unsightly body kits, oversised mufflers, (which are actually detremental to performance) neon lighting, thousands of decals, and of course, twenty inch rims which are far too heavy for these vehicles to handle.'

This car really doesn't fit into that category I dont feel. Unlike other genuine rice-mobiles though, Besty's car does have the performance to back up the looks. ;)

Of course everyone will stick up for Besty's car, its a lex.

You want to fight with the barryboys guys - take it to their forums and do it.

I see any of our members starting trouble or responding hostiley to barryboys member(s) - I will start handing out bans from here.

Keep this on topic - and go register on barryboys if you want to start arguing.

maybe Rob - but I'm speaking from personal experience of this type of situation here. Are you?

We had a rash of TOC cars show up on BB, and a handful of BB members on the forums.

BB has a large troll base - and they like showing up on boards and having some fun with the members.

Thats not happening again on here.

I'm making it very clear that the place for fighting with the BB trolls is on the BB forums. Not on here. At all.

hmmm - I've changed my post slightly - I did not mean to infer people cannot respond at all - thats clearly not the case.

I meant I will not tolerate the sort of flamewars these things turn into - and the sort of flamewars the BB guys love to see happening.

Can't say I'm too keen on that bodykit, don't mind the front and sides, but don't like the back at all. :(

Thats insane never thought anyone would actually have the Veilside kit fitted, its madness and the cost...££££££!!!!!!, need to do something with the rear lights, i dont like the light covers, but on a car like that i think it needs them...the lights on it now look almost standard, compared to the rest of the vehicle....a custom respray wouldnt go amiss

What we are really talking about here is Dave's new kit (which I personally think looks good and has been very well installed) and not about the if's and but's as to whether Dave was banned, resigned from LOC or whatever happened. That stuff all belongs in Gold.
