How long have i had my Lexus boys/gals.... Answer Not long

So yesterday i was coming back form my mates yard sitting in traffic

... not really moving, your know the local traffic, just creeping and BANG!!!

I got rear ended. :crybaby: ...... by a Audi A4 P Reg sky blue. I was thinking my couldn't you do that when i had the *****'n Mondeo :tsktsk: . Anyway I'm not happy

So now I'm sitting at home waiting for a call form the Repair ppl.

I see this is going to be a good xmaz :crybaby:

I'm with elephant. they have been good to me so far... they say it coz of the xmaz season

the car is drivable but i don't what to drive it like that..all banged up

so i got them to give me a hire car

it a vw passat 2.0 TDi

so i have park the lexus in the gargae

Shame to here this mate. I guess it could have been worse. Least no one was injured.

Hope she gets sorted with no problems dude. One thing you wont miss in the VW Tdi....the MPG your Lexus gets... :lol:

Ahhh mate, sorry to hear this.... i know how you feel though...

I got my Lex 1st July 2005 CLICK and then barely quarter of a year later, 10th November 2005 CLICK my dream was abruptly frozen... on a cold winter night. :(

Make sure you rest up, and try and enjoy the rest of your christmas holidays mate...

i had striped the boot to find the leak...so today i but it all back,

But

It don't fit, the boots all caved in... i didn't think it was that bad...

so one tell me it an't a write off...plz.

I doubt it would be a write off, i've seen some real heavy shunts on IS's repaired in my time. One thing i have noticed is that the boot floor always gets damaged

Rear floorpans are designed in that way.

To take an impact and absorb the damage,so that it is not passed right along the car.

The GS is a pretty tough cookie, so doubt it will be written off. It will depend on the year and value of your car against parts & labour cost.
