I only recently watched The Fast and the Furious (1, 2 and Tokyo Drift) and despite the terrible acting, the way everybody speaks like they are from the "ghetto", the over the top cars and unrealistic cars, the laughable way NOS is portrayed they were good escapism.

the fast and furious film are ok in there own little way with cool cars but you cant beat bullit or gone in 60 seconds

I like Smokey And The Bandit one and two. Not the third one though, I thought that was a bit daft. I suppose one and two are a bit daft. I also liked Gone In 60 Seconds. Not the new one with Nicholas Cage but the original one from the 70's.

And before anyone asks, I am only 31 not 71.
