The lad said that he'd just this morning put wheel spacers on the car!!

Bolts had come out of the break disc....ripped the treads out of them....not good!

Its very nice, one of the best in the area, plus the owner has a very nice modified evo VIII.

this was caused i think by the cars weight being supported by the bolts not the hub, as the spacers probably cleared the hub if 10mm etc. so all that weight might have ripped them out or sheared them off. anyone agree??? or offer other explanation????

Sounds plausible, and if it’s true, then it is an expensive mistake to have made.

French Crap

No doubt also true!!

I bought my car in Blackpool (Mornington Hotel near the Pleasure Beach) used to work at Poulton le Fylde and lived on Lord Street.

That food smells good at Yum Sing I 'll have a #12 a #26 and some Prawn crackers # 102 please!

So basically the Pug had standard wheels with 145/70/13's and the spacers made them look like 255/40/17's very chic very impressive, personally I would take the other 3 wheels off before they fall off,put a pole on the roof and drive along the tram tracks :whistling:

There again you could sell the kit to turn your car into a Robin Reliant!
