Except those ST220 have 16 Spoke wheels and Andy's and my IS200 LE have only 11 Spoke wheels :P and the ST220 are 18" and the IS200 LE's are 17"

Compare them side by side on this picture, IMHO they look a little bit similar but that is it, And of course the Lexus wheels are better in both design and quality :D
