  1. 2.4 bar about 35psi also about the -- the system takes a couple of minutes after startup before it reads out the pressure in bar if you measured them cold at 46 psi then the dealer missed adjusting the pressure during pdi, 46 sounds like transport pressure to me. I once received a new Honda and they made that mistake.
  2. What does the dash say the pressures are? are they reported? if not check tyres directly. Haven't heard they're a problem on here yet. Hope not.
  3. Funny how the "not a drivers car" has more driver legroom than the LS, actually any of the lineup iirc. I should really look into getting a CDL. 😁
  4. Welcome to the club, nice to see a confirmation from a fellow member 🚗 as for accuracy, I've found reported to be pretty spot on; no more than a 1MPG difference, usually less. Either my local is giving more fuel than it says or yours other way around. I make sure to fill from the same local and same pump twice in a row to do that calculation, otherwise shut off varies widely.
  5. I believe that would be CXIV pence and IV/X of a pence or whatever Romans used I think Bronze asses (not making that one up) 😁
  6. Not defending the cali population, but your math is off: 5.699/3.785(US gal to L)*0.76(USD to GBP current conversion) = £1.144 per liter
  7. I'd concur, sounds like fuel pressure loss. Clogs, failing injector...etc.
  8. Yes UK ES300h can handle FLAC off of USB. Mind you I don't have ML, my pioneer system does, but according to owners manual both pioneer and ML should be able to handle FLAC.
  9. That's the same as electrical contact cleaner?
  10. Never had a newer car lock with a door open. Back in the days of manual locking, sure, even early central locking systems there were ways, not now. I'm betting on faulty sensor as John mentions. I'm guessing you unlock, open the door, sensor hasn't detected door open, car relocks as if you hadn't opened it in the first place?
  11. I would report it in writing so you have a paper trail and time stamp on occurrence.
  12. So they're still at it. I figured they'd find some loophole, and looks like they have. They just probably dropped the "introductory" moniker and continue to operate in the same crap way they always have.
  13. NSFW A son asks a father what's the difference between "in theory" and "in practice". His father replies "go ask your older sister and then your mother the following question: if a man propositioned you with a million bucks would you sleep with him?". The boy asks them. Both reply "yes". The boy reports back to his father bewildered how this answers his original query. The father explains "In theory we're living with a couple of million bucks, but in practice we're living with 2 prostitutes."
  14. Nice one. I do remember it, it always made me hungry for cake, never made me want to go buy a Skoda though 😊
  15. I thought it was because of cross bracing for structural rigidity behind the rear seats?
  16. In traffic you won't be able to hear it with the windows closed. Even open other cars around you are noisier. In a quiet garage in drive a little, definitely in reverse as the volume increases. I would expect sound proofing to be similar in the NX to my ES? Doesn't bother me a bit.
  17. According to autoblog, 2000 MY LS400 has 36.9" rear legroom For newer cars according to edmunds, the current gen ES300h has 39.3" rear and 42.4" front topping the chart for both front and rear legroom While edmunds shows the current gen LS500h at only 38.9" rear and 41" front (bigger engine compartment and boot) The suvs, except the GX which we don't get, top out at 38" for the RX in the rear
  18. In case it isn't the 12V battery, although I would check it first, see here: http://zatonevkredit(blocked word)/repair_manuals/raw_content/AWHkRFkJU9h2CeTmBxlt
  19. Under cruise control and uses the GPS maps to slow you down before a bend. Can't say I've experienced it.
  20. Although the below thread applies to IS250, I found we also have a similar vent in the boot battery compartment, didn't take out other side tray to check if we have dual vents 🤷‍♂️. Also, found some previous gen US ES owners suffering similar problems, link below. The new vent surrounds are now white, rubber flap is still black. Hope they've updated and are now not an issue. No harm in keeping an eye on them. At least the battery side is easy to check. https://www.clublexus.com/forums/is-3rd-gen-2014-present/849709-water-dripping-into-trunk-from-hinge-covers.html
